Booking Policy

Your booking

Once you have received a confirmation from us via email, your booking is binding. We reserve the right not to approve bookings due to incorrect price and availability information.


If you don't pay online, you do so when you check out.


We have 12 years as the age limit. However, this does not apply if you rent the entire hotel.



Please note that we do not accept cancellations by email or phone (due to the human factor making more mistakes than the technical). You cancel via the link you receive in your confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation, check your spam. You can cancel free of charge until 12 PM, seven days before arrival. If you book more than one room at the same time of booking, fourteen days apply. If you cancel before the last day for cancellation, the money is automatically paid back to your card from Payson/Svea bank within a few days. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the total amount of the booking will be charged.


Possibility to rebook

Only valid when you pay online at the time of booking:

If you after the last day for cancellation (i.e. at 12 PM, seven days before arrival) are prevented from coming, you can move your booking forward by a maximum of 12 months and a maximum of two times, at no extra cost (Does not apply to New Year's Eve). However, rebooking must be done no later than 24 hours before the booked arrival. Please note that if you choose to rebook, you no longer have the right to cancel and eventual price adjustment takes place depending on the season.


Gift cards

Please note that if you have a gift card and want to use it as payment, you do not pay for your reservation at the time of booking online, but on site when you check out. Remember that the gift card number must be entered for the card to be valid when you book our packages.  



You can arrive at the hotel at 2 PM at the earliest and have access to the room from 3 PM. If you arrive later than 6 PM., you must notify us, otherwise we have the right to rent out the room and still charge you.


Check out

You leave the room at 11 AM at the latest. If you have booked "Late departure", you can stay until 1 PM.


The restaurant

When you stay with us, in addition to an overnight stay and breakfast buffet, coffee is included when you arrive, a private hour in one of our hot tubs, a glass of organic bubbly (non-alcoholic option available) and a small appetizer before dinner, as well as a three-course dinner. If you have food allergies, this must be stated at the time of booking.


All our packages include a three-course dinner that you choose yourself from our menu. You inform us of your choices via e-mail, a couple of days before arrival and no later than 12 PM the day before. You will receive an automatic reminder - via e-mail - a couple of days before arrival.


You sit down at the table whenever you want from 5 PM, no later than 7 PM. 


Served as a buffet, 8 AM - 10 AM.



You choose a free hot bath time (one hour per room) when you book. If no active choice is made at the time of booking, this cannot be done afterwards via e-mail or telephone. You will be offered available times first on site. The pool can be used from May - September, 8 AM - 9 PM.

Please note that you cannot arrive earlier to bathe as we do not have public shower facilities. All guests shower in their rooms before using the pool.



Pets are welcome in our standard rooms and in our pool room. We charge SEK 399 per animal in cleaning fee, for the entire stay.



With us, all rooms are non-smoking, but it is fine to smoke in designated places outside. In case of violation of the smoking ban in the room, we have the right to charge the cost of washing textiles etc.


Brought alcohol

Brought alcohol may only be drunk in the rooms and the associated terrace/balcony. Other spaces have a serving permit.



We empty your rubbish and make your beds daily, but only clean when you ask for it. We change bed linen and towels every three days.


Your security

All rooms have fire alarms and you should always find out where the emergency exits, fire extinguishers and the gathering place are in the event of a fire. This information is available on information boards in the rooms.

Order rules
  • Only guests for whom the room has been booked may stay in the rooms.

  • In consideration of other guests, it must be quiet after 10 PM Sunday - Thursday, as well as after 11 PM Friday and Saturday, inside and outside the rooms.

  • The hotel has the right to demand compensation from the booker/guest for damaged furnishings, as well as compensation for abnormal cleaning costs and cleaning.

  • If the hotel incurred special costs due to your booking, you must reimburse these.

  • The hotel has the right to reject guests who behave disruptively, or who do not follow the rules that apply to the stay.

  • Guests who have been rejected have no right to compensation or refund.
