Booking Policy


Bookings confirmed via e-mail from us are binding.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to incorrect details of price and availability. 

If you pay by card, you pay securely through Payson - a part of Svea bank - and your card details are never shared with us. If you cancel before the last cancellation day, your money will automatically be refunded to your card from Payson / Svea bank within a few days.

Also, note that several payment cards include a travel insurance that applies when you have booked and paid with the card.



Check-in between 3 pm and 6 pm. The reception opens at 3 pm.

Check out at 11 am at the latest.



You can cancel without charge until 12 pm a week before arrival day. If you book more than one room at the same time it's two weeks. If you cancel to late or don't show up you are bound to pay the full amount for the entire reservation.


Due to Corona: Only applies if you pay online when you book:
If, after the last day of cancellation (ie less than one week before arrival), you are prevented from arriving, you can rebook for a maximum of 12 months, at no extra cost (Does not apply during New Year's Eve). However, re-booking must be done by e-mail to no later than 24 hours before the booked arrival. Please note that if you rebook, you no longer have the right to cancel and that price adjustment will take place, depending on the seasonal price.


A 3-course dinner is included in your reservation. 

You put together your own menu and let us know what you want to eat, via email, no later than 6 pm the day before.


Breakfast buffet is served 8 -10:30 am.
If you have food allergies you must notify us in combination with your booking. We can not guarantee that your needs will be met if you book with too short notice.



All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking outdoors only. If you fail to adhere to this rule, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of sanitation of your room.

Pets are allowed in our Standard and Budget rooms. 
Please note that we charge SEK 399 per pet, for the entire stay.

Due to environmental impact, we empty your garbage daily but only change linen and towels every third day. But you can order extra free of charge, just inform us or put the sign on the door.


Always make sure that you know where to find all emergency exits and fire extinguishers. Information can be found in your room.
