The restaurant

 

You get at least 90% organic ingredients when you eat and 100% when you drink at Bodelssons by the Sea. Plus a friendly, pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

We love sustainability and do our best to eliminate food waste, so we prefer that you as a guest pre-book when you want to eat a 3-course menu. Whether staying at the hotel or only visiting the restaurant.

 

Take a look at our menu, choose your dishes and notify us no later than 10 am, the same day. That way we minimize the food waste since we don't have to prepare dishes on speculation.

If you have any food allergies, you have to inform us as quickly as possible. If you book with too short notice (ie the same day) we cannot guarantee that we can meet your needs.
